  3. on medium high heat, heat oil and add garlic (DO NOT BURN)
  4. deglaze with white wine
  5. add chicken and veggies
  6. cover and cook stirring occasionally 15 minutes
  7. add seasoning cover and cook stirring occasionally 10 minutes
  8. add potato, buttermilk, heavy cream, and lime juice
  9. reduce heat to medium and cover, bring to a boil
  10. while waiting for boil combine flour and water and mix to make a roux
  11. when you reach a boil stir In roux
  12. remove from heat and add cilantro
  13. garnish with green onion cheese and cilantro
  14. SOUP IS YUMMY!!!!
