- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Japanese leek (green onions)
Instructions to make Leek and Mayonnaise Chicken
- Pierce holes in the skin of the chicken thighs with a fork.

- Cut the thighs in half, then rub them with the seasoning ingredients (marked with ★). Allow the chicken to sit for 15 minutes.

- Coat the chicken with katakuriko, then fry in a generous amount of oil.

- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and top with mayonnaise and chopped leek. It's finished!
